A Springdale townhouse was gutted by fire Saturday night, and two adjacent units sustained smoke damage as a result of the blaze, a Springdale official said. No one was reported injured in the fire at the townhouse complex along South North Street, said Bruno Moretti, emergency management coordinator for Springdale.
