That breaking news tonight is here in San Francisco where just in the past hour or so, the Justice Department has formally filed an appeal to reinstate the president s travel ban. The department of justice wants the ninth Circuit Court of appeals to lift a judges order, blocking the ban. The Justice Department says the injunction immediately harms the public by thwarting enforcement of an executive order, issued by the president based on his National Security judgment.
