Baltimore Police Officer William Porter will be compelled to testify in all of the trials over freddie grays death. A lower court ruled that he would have to testify and the Maryland Court of appeals, the highest court in the state upheld that ruling. Six Police Officers were charged. Porters trial ended in a hung jury last year. The other officers faced charges for assault and depraved heart murder for grays death. Breaking new development.
