You can see the back edge of the clouds here back through worcester county. This is making steady progress on toward the east so clouds imraiking apart rapidly. All the while tracking snow from banger up to presque isle, maine. This is all associated with our storm that continues to pull away. Cindy it is sure cold out there this morning but we dont have the biting wind that we had yesterday. Erika the winds always make it worse. Cindy it does but not as windy look at the temperatures. Were down in the teens north and west of boston from nashua worcester 23. 30 in boston right now but we have been as cold as 29 in the city overnight. 17 norwood. 18 taunton and lots of 20s as you make your way down to the cape this morning. These are the winds. Again not all that impressive compared to yesterday when we were gusting 2030 Miles Per Hour all day long but still enough wind out there this morning but this is what it feels like to you. The wind chill all the way down to 11 right now in worcester and it does feel like its in the lower 20s in boston. You want to bundle up. Its a cold start. Clear skies out there now. Of the city are quite a bit colder. In fact, 20s showing up through northern worcester county. Orange at 24. Were below freezing in worcester at 31. At freezing beverly at 32. You can see from plymouth down to the cape were running either side of the freezing mark as well. Clouds from the overnight, they are shifting off shore with our frontal boundary and now High Pressure is nosing in from the west. We will see a lot of sunshine today. However, there is a big storm right now coming through the middle of the country. And this will bring a lot of rain to us tomorrow. So enjoy the sunshine today. Notice the temperatures are going to come out of the 30s into the mid 40s or so by lunchtime. And thats when we stay through the afternoon with mostly sunny wind.
