Philadelphia and within is 11 Minutes Police making an arrest. That happened just blocks away at 17th and vine. Fill Police Public affairs not releasing any information about who they have in custody or how many people, but an eyewitness says that two folks were arrested by police. Homicide said they have detectives actively working this case and were told it began around 7 45 this morning when someone stabbed that victim in the neck, medics pronouncing him dead here at the scene and by 7 56, homicide making it at least one arrest. I was up by wawa. I saw 15 police come, with numerous cop cars, and i asked one of the people there and they said that someone was stabbed down here. So i went in the library. I seen the gentlemens body over there. Reporter investigators have not said whether there was any relationship between suspect or suspects and the victim.
