NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS: Undeveloped ground sold in Dallas County Wednesday, April 21, 2021 8:00 AM IRHC LLC, based in Davenport, paid Stratford Crossing LLC $999,600 for 8.33 acres in northwest Waukee, Dallas County real estate records show. The undeveloped land is north of Hickman Road and west of U Avenue. The transaction was recorded April 8.

Dupaco Community Credit Union paid Hurd Waukee 2 LLC $1.3 million for property at 1090 E. Hickman Road in Waukee, Dallas County real estate records show. The property includes 1.76 acres of vacant commercial ground valued at $180,500. In November, the Dubuque-based credit union announced its plans to build the full-service learning lab branch in Waukee. The facility is expected to open in 2022. The transaction was recorded Dec. 7.
Forestar USA Real Estate Group Inc. based in Austin, Texas, paid Phillips Hamilton Inc. $1.78 million for 38 acres of agriculture land in Waukee, records show. The property is west and north Waukee’s Parks and Recreation Department’s offices at 805 University Ave. The transaction was recorded Dec. 8.
