BALANGA CITY, Bataan - The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has recognized an educational division officeand a local government unit in this province for their efforts to attain and promote excellent services and performances. Samal town was included in the Top 8 on government efficiency under the Class 3 and 4 municipalities' competitiveness index. Mayor Aida Macalinao received the award for Samal during the Central Luzon Regional Competitiveness Summit on Thursday.
