So its up to the Supreme Court to resolve it. Theyll take up this issue involving four different states. Michigan kentucky, ohio, tennessee, all those states ban gay marriage. The courts have waded into this a bit in the past. They did throw out a part of the federal acts that prohibited the federal government of recognizing guy marriage saying they did have to recognize gay marriage approved by the state.
