Paul Stills and his family will spread his brother Craig s ashes next weekend at sea, at the spot where Craig s boat sank two years ago.
The ashes of a keen fisherman killed by a drugged driver in New Plymouth during lockdown will be scattered at sea next week. The memorial will serve as a form of closure for the family of Craig Stills, after they learned there would be no appeal against the nine months of home detention imposed on the driver last month.

Paul Stills says there s no justice after the home detention sentence given to the drugged driver who caused a crash that killed his brother, Craig Stills.
She said dealing with the tragedy had seriously affected her mental health. “I’ve had to go on medication, I understand what it’s like to suffer from anxiety and depression, I struggle to sleep and struggle to eat. “All things I never expected to experience and wish I never had to.”
