Paul Stills and his family will spread his brother Craig s ashes next weekend at sea, at the spot where Craig s boat sank two years ago.
The ashes of a keen fisherman killed by a drugged driver in New Plymouth during lockdown will be scattered at sea next week. The memorial will serve as a form of closure for the family of Craig Stills, after they learned there would be no appeal against the nine months of home detention imposed on the driver last month.
