Six months after the fatal shooting death of a woman at a furniture plant in North Carolina, police have two suspects in custody.

Phelifia Marlow in Hickory but had managed to evade custody for months. After police received tips about their location, the Hickory Police Department confirmed that U.S. Marshals arrested the Parkers in Phoenix, Arizona, on Tuesday afternoon (July 13),
Marlow, 51, was fatally wounded after Tangela Parker reportedly shot her during a dispute inside TCS Designs. She was taken to a hospital but later died from her injuries. Eric Parker is said to have driven his wife away from the scene, leading to a months-long search for the Alexander County couple.

PHOENIX â Authorities in Arizona arrested a couple Tuesday wanted in connection to the murder of a North Carolina woman in January.
Police have been looking for Tangela Parker, 50, and Eric Parker, 62, since January 13 in connection with the murder of Phelifia Marlow, according to U.S. Marshals.
Marlow was shot and killed at TCS Designs, a furniture plant in Hickory, North Carolina.
Witnesses told authorities the death of Marlow happened a few days after a workplace argument at TCS Designs.
U.S. Marshals conducted a nationwide investigation and determined that the Parkers were living in the Phoenix area.

Authorities said the couple had been on the run since Jan. 13.
