Transition into light snow into this afternoon. Still not expecting a major storm for denver and front range. 30s all around town. Were still above freezing. Some places are getting close. Castle rock at 33. Compare yesterday morning to this morning, we are 20 to 25 degrees colder outside. You will certainly notice a difference when you get out there. We have a lot of cloud ve completely cloudy day. Doppler 4000 showing little precipitation in the colorado high country at this point. Here it is, this is the upper level system behind the cold front that rolled through last night. As that upper level system moves in today, well see the snow pick up in the high country and eventually cold rain around denver. Also temperatures today will get close to 39 by lunchtime. They hit this walmart on south florida avenue two times making off with carpels of expensive electronics. They are not your average shoplifters. These seven people are looking at decades behind bars for racketeering. They are experienced criminals and organize to steal. Reporter they are accused of running an electronic theft ring. Boldly walking out with electronics stuffed in bags or sometimes more sneaky. They would put them in boxes of diapers and fell the box back. They would go through and scan the box for the diaper cost, put it in the bag and walk out of the store. Reporter and then turn around and sell it. 178,000 worth of merchandise total. You know who pays for that . Not walmart. You do is the consumer. Reporter jerry shops at walmart and wasnt happy to hear about it. It makes prices go up on everything else. Who provides the service when you type about checking in on a weekly basis, are you checking in with the Probation Office . It is only so many Probation Officers limited to how many people they can supervise spirit at one time the committee placement of several may have four or five on their load of people because they spend so much time with each people to make sure they are successful. One of the things that we did in the alternative portion is further able to shed the community so we can watch supervision and work with partners and other state agencies to contribute training and resources.
