Lady Knights volleyball team wins districts, qualifies for nationals by: North Platte Community College - Apr. 5, 2021 Sports The North Platte Community College volleyball team defeated the North Dakota State College of Science in a best-of-three series to win the district championship and qualify for the national tournament. The series in Wahpeton, N.D. began on Friday and the Lady Knights won in five sets 20-25, 25-21, 25-21, 20-25, 15-10. On Saturday morning, the Wildcats evened things up by sweeping NPCC 25-21, 25-18, 25-20, to force a deciding third match. In that match, the Knights won the first two sets 25-22, 25-23. NDSCS won the third set, 25-21. But NPCC won it in the fourth, 25-21.
