Just come on into the conversation if you like. What im hearing is that we actually have pretty much consensus on item number 1. Item number 2, i feel there is a pathway there. Item number 3, i believe it will take more work with the Sheriffs Department. As a board member, we dont have the authority to actually change the rules and procedures within the electronic monitoring in the Sheriffs Department, but we can actually help facilitate a conversation that we reach a consensus and agreement on how we can better serve those people, those clients we are serving. I think these three recommendations brought forth is an attempt to do that. Before we go any further and we lose some of our Public Commenters, i would like to open this up for Public Comment on items number one and two. Can you see how many speakers we have in the queue . My apologies everyone that this hearing has gone on for such a long time, but as i said, that we have continued this item, i think five times. I felt like we
Bad air quality and what is ahead for us in the day. We have only seen a few lightning strikes over the bay area. Most of it has been to our east and some of it has been over the pacific but in terms of what we have seen, there are just a few and if we look live at the doppler, it is still raining in the north bay. This is actually good news because those are relatively light showers, just enough to dampen things up around the la yukon complex. There is a light rain through 101. Just to the north of healdsburg, there is a burn scar. It is good to see the light rainfall. We are not seeing any lightning being detected but it is still possible. We are not out of that threat yet. That red flag warning stays in effect until 5 00 this afternoon and if we watch the future cast from where the showers are now, they keep going. We will keep seeing showers until 10 00 this morning in the north bay and some of those could still develop an isolated strike of lightning or provide some gusty downdraf

S with the Directors Office vacant since march of this year, and we have an open grant funded position that youre not seeing in this chart, just vacated last week that were working on filling quickly. We, like all City Departments were instructed to propose a 10 reduction. We proposed initial reductions amounting to 959,000 annually, and this was an across the board proposed reduction of almost 12 to our communitybased grant fees. Realizing the impact of these grant fees to the vulnerable populations and the populations these serve, the Mayors Office asked us to submit some lower alternative reduction scenarios. The Mayors Service accepted our approximately 7 reduction, which would come from the departments genderbased balance intervention program. Understanding that all of our grantees work serves vulnerable and underserved communities, t
