“There’s the potential for removal of an underground steam line on the north side of the road,” Jade Berube said. “It’s either 3 feet by 3 feet or 4 feet by 4 feet."
The $2 million tax levy is about $112,000 higher than this year’s levy of $1.89 million, according to a PowerPoint presentation by Perham City Manager Jonathan Smith.
Jim Johnson, a Perham local his whole life, spent about 40 years involved in community government until he died in April. His legacy is felt all throughout town.
