Chilly weather didn’t stop crowds from gathering in downtown Perham for the 23rd annual Holiday Parade of Lights, and then heading over to the Pioneer Village for the 2nd annual Lights in the Pines.
Perham Rotary recently hosted their Clays for Community fundraiser on Thursday, Aug. 31, to raise money for the new trap shooting facility at the Perham Sportsman's Club.
