Prosecutors filed upgraded charges against 23yearold samantha lee green. She was initially charged with Involuntary Manslaughter last week. Green and her son were reported missing february 23rd. She was found the next day claiming they had both been kidnapped, but the babys body was found the day after that in a remote body of water. Autopsy results suggest the infant either drowned or died from hypothermia. Happening now in sacramento county, emergency crews are at the scene where a truck hauling a trailer plunged off interstate 5 into a slew. The truck driver was trapped nearly an hour before firefighters could free him. The accident happened near the San Joaquin County line.
