A short time later, there was this crash along highway 151 near anamosa. Again, strong winds knocked over the trailer, taking the semi with it. That blocked the highway until crews could clear the scene. And finally, this semi was knocke northbound lanes of highway 13 just north of mount vernon road. The driver was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. In all, eight semis were reportedly knocked over by the winds in the cedar rapids metro area alone.
