TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – If you’re interested in learning about gardening or how to improve your skills, an upcoming workshop will be able to help.
PHISH stands for People Helping Improve Soil Health. It’s a local urban soil health working group.
In late August the group will partner with the ISU Community Gardens for a free gardening program.
It will feature educational booths about gardening, composting, a live demo about cover crops and more.
PHISH Chairman Paul Pendergast says they also want to raise awareness about the community garden as well as how PHISH can help your gardening efforts.
