It is wednesday in the philippines and the survivors a new day brings suffering. They are desperate for food, water and medicine. And for the people who lost everything, time is running out. Help is on the way from around the world, but reaching the hardesthit areas is difficult. Helicopters having trouble finding places to land. Debris blocking roads and the countrys president had to send troops to stop looting. In the central philippines the devastation stretches. Joining us live from cebu is craig leeson. What is the number one priority there now . Strangely as it sounds, the number one priority is getting the relief out there.
