Guam Waterworks recently set up collection sites for fats, oils and grease in Upper Tumon and in Dededo between the Mayor’s Office and the Senior Center.
The Upper Tumon bin is available 24 hours a day, and the Dededo bin is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The bins are for residential FOG - fats, oil and grease. No petroleum-based grease or oil will be accepted. There is no limit to the amount that can be dropped off there, and it is basically available for any resident on the island. And last but not least, there is no charge. This service is being provided for free.
