A Greenwich Township man was sentenced to state prison Tuesday after a Berks County jury found him guilty of badly injuring a woman during a domestic violence incident that lasted three days.
Todd Richardson, 46, of the 600 block of Old Route 22 was sentenced to 5½ to 15 years in prison after the jury convicted him Monday during a trial before Judge Paul M. Yatron of aggravated and simple assault.
The assault began in Richardson s home March 15, 2020. He had been in Berks County Prison since his arrest March 18, 2020, and will get credit for that time served.

Richardson engaged in a physical altercation with the victim, whom he knew. He punched her, slapped her and kicked her in the chest, which sent her across the room into a wall.
