A Greenwich Township man was sentenced to state prison Tuesday after a Berks County jury found him guilty of badly injuring a woman during a domestic violence incident that lasted three days.
Todd Richardson, 46, of the 600 block of Old Route 22 was sentenced to 5½ to 15 years in prison after the jury convicted him Monday during a trial before Judge Paul M. Yatron of aggravated and simple assault.
The assault began in Richardson's home March 15, 2020. He had been in Berks County Prison since his arrest March 18, 2020, and will get credit for that time served.

Richardson engaged in a physical altercation with the victim, whom he knew. He punched her, slapped her and kicked her in the chest, which sent her across the room into a wall.
