He is next door with hands tied up and said somebody was shot in her house and blood all over the place is what she told us. The district reached an agreement with the Teachers Union after 21 straight hours of bargaining. Now the two sides came to terms finally about 5 00 this morning. The union says that they gathered a list of parents and members concerns through conversations they had and surveys they conducted and they made sure that those issues were at the forefront of these talks that ended this morning.
