Can i ask you when youre in front of that many people, like an epic stadium experience, do you play differently, you definitely. Like ill be in rehearsal studio and i suck in rehearsal studio. I suck. Youre playing to a wall. Pretty much. And then live, like, just i dont know if it happens to everybody, but to me, like i Start Playing really good. Yeah. I dont know what it is. Because as things change on a daily basis, you got to continue to get those gray matters surging, learning things new. To keep growing and learning because employers want to make sure when they hire you, you have a basic skills, but then you can grow in that job as well. How did unlv determine which courses to offer . We looked at whats in demand based on the job market. Which changes. Definitely changes. But also look at our resources at unlv. When we look at an expert like elena here, we look at the numbers, knowing the population is diversifying in nevada. So with more Spanish Speaking people moving here, we need to address that with her translation and interpretation skills, put together this wonderful certificate program. So those people who are bilingual, but have an interest in the legal career and then also want to serve the community can come get a certificate and then grow in their career and then serve the community as well. Why is that program so important to Southern Nevada . Firstly, because we want our successful when they take the state exam. And secondly, because, well, nevada, we know certainly bilingual.
