Eyewitness news learned tonight that a 14yearold who was stabbed allegedly by a 16yearold in West Philadelphia today has died from his injuries. The stabbing happened at 46th and market this afternoon. Police say that an argument that began during lunch at West Philadelphia high school today spilled into the after school hours and then turned violent. That 16yearold is now under arrest.
