Fairfield University has partnered with Daktronics to install 15 LED displays as part of the launch of Leo D. Mahoney Arena in Fairfield, South Dakota, according to a press release.
The basketball arena s main center-hung LED displays include four main screens, each measuring approximately 165-square feet and featuring variable content zoning.
Dyer joins the Stags after spending the last four seasons coaching at Virginia Tech, including serving as an associate head coach during the 2021-22 campaign.

When former Fairfield AD Gene Doris was chair of the Men’s Lacrosse Committee, he had a vision of bringing Championship Weekend to Connecticut.
Thanks in large part to the work of Fairfield athletic administrators (who remain largely in tact despite Doris’ retirement in December 2017 and a subsequent change to the men’s lacrosse coaching staff), that vision became a reality last weekend.
When I asked what it’s like to see it come to fruition, Doris said “It would’ve been better if it weren’t a pandemic year, but the groundswell the youth lacrosse people, they came out full force. So I think that bodes well for next year.”
