Matthew miller out of ben salem, 23 years of able, he walked away from work release from the prison. He was spotted near route 13, and another officer went to make a pedestrian stop on the suspect, at the time, the individual seemed to be complying and the officer when to put handcuffs be the individual lunged up with a knife and stabbed the officer in his stomach, the bruntd of stab was taken to the vest. The subject then gave chase and ran from the officer and jumped into his police car and took off. The car was located from the Philadelphia Police department and bensalem officers and Pennsylvania State police on fair hill road in philadelphia. Then the police saw the individual running through Rush Elementary School in philadelphia and he was apprehended by philadelphia pd, and the suspect has been retaken into custody and will be arraigned this evening o

They believe that the child chewing on the packet brought the narcotics in her pocket to school. Concerned about how much she ingested they brought her to chop and her fellow students followed on a bus. Parents called the school to find out what is going on. My feelings is, its just crazy. The mother of the little girl suspected of bringing the narcotics to the classroom came to the school and she was escorted by police to chop to check on her daughter and then to be investigated. Parents were informed of what happened in a letter. Our job is to provide help for the stubs and make sure this is not something that they are negatively affected by it.
