Not only that a small 2yearold and her mother are both caught with their hands in the edge of this escalator as they fell down. Of course theyre supporting their weight on their hands. People sort of falling on top. Now theyre there and they need rescuing. How does that still happen . I thought that these escalators by now had been made safe.
