CHEP makes 3 senior hires and promotes new managing partner May 3, 2021 10:09 CHE Proximity has added three new staff members to its ranks and promoted Jess Coulson to managing partner. Coulson has been with the agency for four years and steps up from her position as client partner, and is a member of the leadership team on the Telstra account. Joining her are Tash Johnston as head of strategic production, Patrycja Lukjanow as creative director and Grace Vizor as group account director. Tash Johnston, Jess Coulson and Grace Vizor Vizor is joining from Leo Burnett to take up the lead on the Samsung account. In her time at Leos, Vizor led the Suncorp Bank and Insurance businesses. Her experience covers Sid Lee in Amsterdam and Adam&Eve DDB in London. Vizor’s appointment at CHE Proximity marks her return to the Clemenger Group, where she started her career.
