In Lower Manhattan. We want to remind you that this is video of a drill. Not the real thing. It all took place at the bowery subway station. And is the first nypd active Shooter Drill that has been conducted underground. Homeland security, the fbi and the secret service took part alongside local agencies in this exercise. These drills were planned before the attacks in paris. And the nypd is stressing that there are no threats against new york at this time.
