Just minutes after the 911 call was placed and the 2yearold boy was trapped underneath the trolley and he was dead at the scene and rescuers tried for a half an hour before they were able to retrieve him from under that trolley. Investigators are still working to figure out more about what happened, but again, that video that we have seen shows that boy running across the street. There was an adult on the other side of the street and it appears that the adult tried to reach out for the child, but the child running from two parked cars according to what we have seen from that Surveillance Video.
