The West Orange Arts Council will present “Objet Trouvé, An Exhibit of Found Objects”
online beginning tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 9, with in-person visits available by appointment starting a week later.
Curated by WOAC vice-chair Carol Black-Lemon, the exhibit will showcase works constructed from unorthodox materials by 19 artists. Objet trouvé is a French term describing art created from undisguised, modified or ordinary materials elements or substances not normally considered to create art or already have a non-art function.
