The World Health Organisation says the relief operation is being sorely hampered by the damage to the hospitals and clinics. The cost of Hurricane Harvey and irma together is put at 200 billion in the United States, but in florida, perhaps a collective sigh of relief that it wasnt much worse, especially when they reflect on the destruction we are seeing in the caribbean.
