some of these are reasonable reasons to need time off. how do you all handle it now with your business? right now, we i try to work with our employees, give them as much time as they need. we try to incorporate a generous pto policy to help with that, too. but now, if it s 20 weeks and they can say 12 weeks for one issue and back-to-back say 10 weeks for another. it s just crazy. joey: up to 20 weeks. clean-up is a long time especially what blows my time is part time or seasonal workers. when you look at state legislators. people created this law what should they know about owning a small business before they pass stuff like this? pat? i think that they should all, every one of them in office should own a business, a
that we have, which will be an expensive to our financial statement. and make things very difficult. that s a lot of wages and 22 people we have that s a lot of wages to be accruing for if they don t use it. or they use it and it still cost you this money. joey: pat, i know y all have started this business didn t take paychecks for a long time and invested everything you have in it. when they are talking about seasonal employees, do you all have part time or seasonal employees that also could qualify for. this no we do not. no. go ahead, pat. everybody is full-time. joey: i guess when i look at the reasons you could get this time off and jeralyn, i will send this time to you, adoption, military deployment of a family member. domestic abuse or stalking. i mean, it sounds like some of these are things or, you know, paternal leave, it seems like
