Family says the 27yearold victim had no way to escape the barrage of bullets. Good evening. Im lucy noland. Im iain page. Victim was sitting on his grandmothers page when the gunman opened fire. The family is devastated in need of answers tonight police are trying to backtrack exactly where this victim was and who he was with as they look for answers.
