Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano donated 20 sewing machines during the Pasay City Cooperative Gender and Development (GAD) Summit.
Rubiano said the summit was conducted in celebration of the “National Cooperative Month” held at the Joe Rizal Elementary School on Oct. 22.
