Gravel truck were both westbound on mcclellan road. The view from sky 7 hd shows there is a bike lane but investigators are still trying to determine where the cyclist was when he was struck. Multiple witnesses saw the accident. The driver of the truck continued on not knowing that he actually struck the teenaged boy. Witnesses were able to successfully flag him down and notify him he had been involved in an accident. He since stopped and has been cooperative with us.
