It was a surprise that turned out to have deadly consequences. Police say that the victim was on the phone with his friend at the time trying to surprise her but when she thought she thought instead an intruder and opened fire. Thats awful. Watford told her he was near the George Washington bridge in north jersey returning from a trip but was letting himself into the house to surprise her.
