A 33-year-old Brockton man charged in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in West Bridgewater appeared in court Thursday after authorities said he turned himself.
Juan Leonardo Parra Altamirano, 33, of Brockton, is an Ecuadorian national who was arrested Thursday on charges related to a Monday night crash that killed Erpharo Gilbert, 46, of Raynham, on state Route 24 in West Bridgewater.
