New advocate for children and young people
Zoë Robinson has been appointed NSW Advocate for Children and Young People (ACYP) for five years following a productive 12-month stint while acting in the role.
Minister for Families, Communities and Disability Services Gareth Ward said Ms Robinson had worked hard to elevate the voices of young people throughout her career and would continue to be a strong voice for children and young people in NSW.
“Zoë Robinson is a champion for children and young people and I look forward to working closely with her to ensure the voices of young people are at the heart of Government decision making,” Mr Ward said.
