Reporter this summer city staff narrowed the list of potential sites down to two. One in north fremont off dakota and the other on capital avenue. You dont divide your people to fight each other. This is totally wrong. Reporter the center would house 45 people up to six months at a time. Those urging the council to vote no say the center should be located closer to Public Transit and essential services. Things need to happen here that will cost more money and then the risk from highway 84 which is a major commute artery.
