Amendments to the Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Amendment Act
In 2018, the District of Columbia passed the Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Amendment Act (the Act) with the primary goal to repeal Initiative 77, a referendum aimed at eliminating the availability of the “tip credit” in the District.
