this could be, a state case moving ahead after an election is decided for a federal election for the president being decided, adding how unprecedented it is, even though we know that it s pardon proof in georgia, is there any gray area here? there could be. so think about this. i think it goes back to the point of there s a lot at stake everywhere in terms of the various indictments, but this is so much at stake for the reason you mentioned. you talk about the issue of pardons. the federal cases, it s around open question as to whether the president will pardon himself. but i m sure he will attempt to do that. many people not so high on that case thinking it s not that significant. this georgia case is the real deal. it lays out chapter and verse.
