After a week of events leading up to race day, a champion has been crowned for the first ever VinFast Ironman World Championship triathlon completely dedicated to some of the best women athletes from around the world. What was your favorite part of this year’s festivities?
The race will take place Saturday where triathletes with swim, bike and run for a grueling 140.6 miles from Kailua Bay in downtown Kona to the top of Hawai‘i Island in Hawī and finish where they started.
The 2023 VinFast Ironman World Championship’s Parade of Nations, featuring female athletes from all over the world, will start Tuesday at 5 p.m. on Ali’i Drive in Kona.
