Reporter natasha, that threeyearold little boy is here at temple hospital in critical condition. Authorities are still trying to understand exactly what happened earlier this afternoon but for right now, they do believe that this threeyearold boy was shot by his sixyearold brother. Philadelphia Police Called to this home along north 18th street at 3 00 in the afternoon. When they arrived they found a threeyearold shot in the head. Police rushed the young boy to temple hospital. Authorities believe the threeyearold, his sixyearold brother along with their 12yearold

People in this community arent just praying for the threeyearold shot but for his sixyearold brother, too. A sixyearold who has shot the little threeyearold he dont know no better. He probably thought it was a toy. Hes six. Reporter this shooting saddens those here in the tioga section of the city but it also frustrates some. They shouldnt have had access, no way. He is in critical condition. He is fighting for his life. We are told by police that they have been talking to his two brothers and they have gotten in contact with the parents. That area of that moderate snow is tracking north and east but should stay north and west for the next several hours. Moderate snow is sticking, road temperatures there are below freezing.
