The father and daughter were near brannon island in Sacramento County when the kayak they were in flipped over. Sharon chin is live in the newsroom with more on the accident that left the little girl without her dad. The family is still trying to wrap their minds around the accident and grieving friends are helping to get out the word. Remember your lifejacket.
