Stephen Taren, owner of Wet Paint Printing + Design in Wilkes-Barre, stands with a number of cutouts his company has been selling. He said his business has been âshipping out tonsâ of cutouts of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
