We begin this hour with the rescue effort off canadas Vancouver Island after a tour boat sank. This is a picture of the boat in the water. Its not clear if all passengers and crew have been accounted for. The mayor of the closest town spoke to us last hour and said theres no word on what caused the boat to capsize. She described the weather. It was a beautiful here in tofino. There were big swells in the ocean, but we dont know anything about what may have happened at the scene.
