Shooter at-large after Joshua Terry killed on I-43 in Port Washington

On Oct. 30, 2020, Joshua Terry was shot and killed after a minor vehicle collision. Terry, 41, was driving a four-door, white 2013 Kia Optima. He got on northbound I-43  from Highway 32 in Grafton at 6:36 p.m. About four or five vehicles were traveling north in the vicinity of Terry s car, which was driving at or below the speed limit when the collision happened. Investigators believe Terry “quickly exited his vehicle and approached the other driver in a possibly agitated manner” when they both pulled to the side of the road after the collision.  “Given his large stature at 6 foot 7 inches with a large build, his manner of approach, and the lack of natural or artificial light in the area, we recognize the other driver may have been intimidated or even frightened by Joshua during this encounter,” the Ozaukee County Sheriff s Office news release said.
